Who does the funniest/weirdest commercials and tv shows?

I'm a Mexican and spent some time watching Latin channels with my
parents and the commercials can be sometimes funny. But on YouTube I
often stumble upon a Japanese or Chinese commercial and makes me think
of Latin commercials. Also some Latin shows r as weird as jc shows
examples are El Chavo del Ocho, and la Familia Peluche
